Training to improve employability
At AMAFE, we firmly believe that job placement and job retention are the final step in a person's full recovery. Therefore, we work daily to promote the training and preparation of participants in the Employment Department to improve their employability. Below you can see all the training programs we offer at the department to improve labor market integration. Without Pause
Without PauseIt is a program to strengthen the employability of young people with psychosocial disabilities, promoted by the ONCE Foundation and co-financed by the European Social Fund. It is aimed at young people under 30 who, after experiencing a mental health problem and feeling inactive, wish to recover their vocational project, either by returning to their studies or finding employment.

Online With You
En línea contigo es una iniciativa de inserción laboral dirigida a personas que, tras haber vivido un problema de salud mental y encontrarse inactivas, desean recuperar cuanto antes su proyecto vocacional a través del acceso a un empleo . Este Programa Operativo de Inclusión Social y Economía Social – POISES “Uno a Uno” está cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo y Fundación ONCE.

Prepared
PreparedIt is a job placement initiative aimed at people who, after having experienced a mental health problem and finding themselves inactive, wish to recover their vocational project as soon as possible through access to employment..It is funded by the ONCE Foundation.

Ctrl-A
CTRL-A is a free training course in technological and digital skills aimed at people with psychosocial disabilities to strengthen their employability and close the digital divide. This training program includes 160 hours of specific digital and technological content and 40 hours dedicated to specific employability content. The project is part of the ONCE Foundation's Por Talento Digital program and is promoted by the ONCE social group. It includes a total of 200 teaching hours.
