Without Pause
Sin Pausa is part of the ONCE Foundation's Youth Employment Operational Program (POEJ) 2014-2020, which aims to strengthen the employability of young people with psychosocial disabilities. It is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
Sin Pausa is aimed at young people, under 30 years old., that they have a recognized disability equal to or greater than 33% due to a mental disorder and who, being inactive, wish to recover their vocational project as soon as possible, either through access to employment or by resuming their studies.
It has a 230 hours of group training, as well as 100 hours of individual attention per participant. The training content is structured into three areas: psychology, administrative skills and occupational balance, which are simultaneously addressed throughout the course and which aim to train in work skills, promote strategies that reinforce mental health and guide in the search for employment and training, thus promoting the autonomy of each participant and decision-making about their own life project.
Furthermore, Sin Pausa aims to strengthen the employability and professional skills of young people who are unemployed and not integrated into education or training systems.
