Take it easy

At AMAFE, we know that social distancing and having to stay home more than we want can affect us more than we think. That's why we propose "Take It Easy," a short guide with basic guidelines for anyone who may have had difficulty resuming their daily routines. It contains a series of recommendations to make the return to normal much more bearable. This guide is funded by Montemadrid Foundation and CaixaBank and the cool illustrations they have are from Gonzalo Subrá Moros.

These past few days have certainly been truly challenging. We've been forced to distance ourselves from the people we love, the things we enjoy, or the plans we had planned. There have even been cases where we've had to face painful losses.

This entire situation has led to the emergence of anguish, hopelessness, anxiety, and changes in our habits. We've begun to sleep worse or neglect ourselves, among other things. Throughout this process we're experiencing, however, we've realized as a society how important it is to take care of our mental health.

What you'll find in the guide...

For all these reasons, AMAFE offers you this brief guide, which offers some tips to help you better cope with the challenges we may encounter when returning to normal.

Still, this is only a general guide, a guideline. If the situation overwhelms you, if your discomfort is very intense, it's important not to isolate yourself and seek specialized help if necessary.
