Labor Insertion Support Service

The Labor Insertion Support Service is a free and open service co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Social and Family Policies.The Labor Insertion Support Service was incorporated as a Service within the Association in 2007 and continues uninterrupted today.

The purpose of this service is to provide the guidance, support, skills, training and experience necessary so that the people who participate in this service can access a job with the same possibilities as anyone in a normalized environment.We work with people with a diagnosis of mental disorder who, having the necessary motivation to be able to carry out a certain job, are in a situation of labor exclusion.

Labor insertion and maintenance in the position are the last link in the total recovery of the person


Aid program for the labor integration of people at risk of social exclusion through insertion itineraries


This free program is aimed at people who are at risk of social exclusion associated with a mental health diagnosis. The program includes the diagnosis of employability and the design of a personalized insertion itinerary.


It has the financial support of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid and the European Union as part of the Union's response to the Covid19 pandemic.

Non stop

Non stop is a program to reinforce the employability of young people with psychosocial disabilities promoted by Fundación ONCE and co-financed by the European Social Fund. It is aimed at young people under 30 years of age who, after having experienced a mental health problem and finding themselves inactive, want to recover their vocational project, either by resuming their studies or accessing a job.

This Operational Program for Social Inclusion and Social Economy - POISES "One by One" is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the ONCE Foundation.

Ctrl-A

CTRL-A is a free training course in technological and digital skills aimed at people with psychosocial disabilities to strengthen their employability and eliminate the digital divide.This training itinerary has160 hours of specific digital and technological content and 40 hours dedicated to specific employability content. The project is part of the Fundación ONCE Digital Talent program and is promoted by the ONCE social group. It has a total of 200 teaching hours
