Course in technology for labor reinforcement


What is Ctrl-A

CTRL-A" is a free training course in technological and digital skills aimed at people with psychosocial disabilities to strengthen their employability and eliminate the digital divide. This training itinerary has 160 hours of specific digital and technological content and 40 hours dedicated to specific employability content. The project is part of the Fundación ONCE Digital Talent program and is promoted by the ONCE social group. It has a total of 200 teaching hours.

The contents of the course


Training focused on technological content is based on the European framework of digital skills for citizens (DigComp) which defines five areas that outline what digital competence implies. These areas are the following:


  • Information and digital literacy.
  • Communication and collaboration.
  • Creation of digital content.
  • Security.
  • Problem resolution.


He The fundamental objective of Ctrl-A is to directly improve the employability of participating people with psychosocial disabilities, through the acquisition of necessary technological and digital skills and competencies and training in skills focused on improving personal and work competencies; so as to increase their chances of entering employment in a stable and lasting manner over time


What do you need to participate in Ctrl-A

To participate in Ctrl-A you need:


  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Have a recognized psychosocial disability equal to or greater than 33%
  • be in a state of despairemployment or inactivity.
